Often HR problems develop over time, it can be due to personality differences or due to environmental or work process structuring. What is certain is that irrespective of company size, all companies will experience degree’s of HR related issues over time.

In most situations these are resolvable internally however situations do arise where by management are unable to find away to deal with the situation which often involves key staff and is effecting company performance.

By taking an external view C2 is able to look at all sides views to the situation and give an informed and balanced view as how it can be best resolved. With no internal pressures to become involved in the issue at hand, C2 is often able to resolve such problems without the need to loose key staff.

Unfortunately times will arise when staff have to depart a company for a variety of reasons. With current legislation erring on the side of the employee, management are more and more frequently tasked to not only justify their decision and but to also ensure the company is protected from litigation.

C2, in providing an external analysis of the situation and the staff concerned, are able to support management in this process. If staff are aware of the review and involved and orientated with the report outcome they are much less prone to depart with a view to litigation as building an adverse case becomes more difficult. It is always true that where there is a bad fit for a particular individual then it is not only the company that benefits by the change but also that person themselves as in virtually all situations they are also unhappy and this is reflected within their work ethic.
